Better Kate Than Never, LLC (hereinafter “Better Kate Than Never,” “we,” “us,” “our”) understands that your time is valuable. As an ASTA-verified travel advisor and travel enthusiast, I have the experience, know-how, and professionalism to plan a unique trip perfect for your needs so that you don’t spend hours trying to research only to find the same old mediocre travel recommendations.  I am excited to serve my clients (hereinafter “traveler” or “you”) and make your next trip as memorable and stress-free as possible!

Planning travel takes enormous time and effort.  I spend hours crafting the perfect trip for you.  Therefore, I charge a planning fee that covers my expertise, research, pricing, and support before, during, and post-travel.  Because this planning fee represents my time and effort, my planning fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel your booking or decide not to book.  By paying the planning fee, you agree to my Terms and Conditions, which can be found on my website at https://www.betterkatethannever.com/.

The planning fee schedule for individual travel is $150 for cruise-only bookings, $300 per accommodation unit for custom itineraries (including cruises with a land portion and Disney vacations), and $100 per reservation for flights not booked within a package. In the case of a cruise with a land portion, the accommodation unit on board and the accommodation unit on land are considered one accommodation unit if the same travelers in both locations occupy them.

Group travel is defined by us to mean more than three (3) accommodation units traveling on the same itinerary. The associated fees for group travel are $500 for itinerary development, paid by the host or lead guest arranging the group travel before any work is done. Each accommodation unit that books into that itinerary will be charged $100 per booking. The $500 itinerary fee will include the booking fee for the lead guest; they will not be charged a second fee just for booking into their itinerary.

Honeymoon registry administration is charged separately from the journey planning fee. The fee for setting up and maintaining the honeymoon registry is $500. This fee will not be invoiced, and work will not begin until the client agrees upon a honeymoon itinerary. The client will still pay the applicable planning fee to develop their itinerary before the honeymoon registry administration begins.

By clicking “pay” on the planning fee, you agree to pay the Planning Fee and understand that if you cancel your travel or choose not to book, this fee is non-refundable.  You further agree that you have reviewed and agree with all of the Terms and Conditions of travel as outlined on my website at https://www.betterkatethannever.com/.   You must read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they contain important legal agreements that you make with me, including waivers.  If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions, you must speak with me before paying the planning fee and agreeing to these terms.
